Follow all procedure below then try remove write protected from your flash drive or SD card.
Step 1: Plug in your USB flash drive to the computer and Run as an Administrator Command Prompt by pressing together window key + R after that type cmd then press enter or ok. (see image example below )
Step 2: Next, in command prompt window, type the following command and press enter after each command.
1. diskpart {then press enter}
2. list disk {then press enter}
Step 3: All disk will be listed including internal and external disk drives, check for USB flash drive with storage capacity it holds, usually USB flash drive are smaller in capacity so it will be in MB size.(see image example below )
Step 5: Next, type "attributes disk clear readonly" and then press enter , immediately after the inputted command a message prompt's the "disk attributes are cleared successfully".
Step 6: So now all the attributes that are appended in the disk such as read/write protections are removed complately. So you can format it and use it.
