How to Hide files on Your Computer

If you need to hide files on your computer that you just don't want other people to see. Whether it's important files so you have to keep it safe, hiding files is very simple task, use this trick to hide some files if you share a computer with someone else. Here is how to do it.


1. Select a file or folder that you want to hide.

2. Right - click then choose properties.

3. Click the check box next to hidden in the Attributes section then click Apply. you are done!! 
Now the file/folder you chose are hidden away and other people will not see them when they are trying to look your file/folder.

4. When you want to find those files again just go to "Folder Options" and then select "Show hidden, folders, and drives" and then click Apply to save your changes. Also if want to hide again those files go to "Folder Options" and then select "Don't show hidden, folders, or drives"
