1. First of all, Click on Crawl > robot.txt Tester in Google Search Console
2. Then, click on Submit button below the robots.txt file text area.
3. You will see pop up as i shown below with three options. Click on submit button next to "Ask Google to update"
4. You are done.. Wait after some minutes/hours then go and check robots.txt in Tester page again. You should see your robot.txt updated.
